Booking Terms and Conditions
​Important notice: Please read these Term and Conditions carefully before booking any course with Nest & Nurture UK
The following constitute the terms and conditions to which clients agree to be bound when booking any course with Nest & Nurture UK

1. APPLICATION
1.1 These terms and conditions (the Terms and Conditions) apply to the provision of Training to Clients by a qualified Midwife and Health Visitor working for Nest & Nurture UK.
2. INTERPRETATION
2.1 In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions shall have the following meanings:
Booking: the reserving of a Class via the Online Booking Process
Charges: the charges payable by the Client for the Class in accordance with clause 6 (Charges and Payment).
Client: the person who books and pays for the Class from Nest & Nurture UK
Client Data: the data provided by the Client for the purpose of facilitating the Class.
Data Protection Legislation: means:
(a) The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Data Protection Act 2018; and
(b) any other legislation in force from time to time relating to privacy and/or the Processing of Personal Data and applicable to the provision and receipt of Class under these Terms and Conditions; and
(c) any statutory codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner in relation to such legislation.
Online Booking Process: the booking process for Class available through Nest & Nurture UK's website: https://www.nestandnurtureuk.com
Personal Data: has the meaning given to it in the Data Protection Legislation.
Processing: has the meaning given to it in the Data Protection Legislation.
Class: the course supplied by Nest & Nurture UK to the Client, whether given at a physical location or online.
Training Materials: any materials or documents provided by Nest & Nurture UK as part of the Class.
Writing: means in a written document or in an email
3. BASIS OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
3.1 These Terms and Conditions shall come into effect when the Client completes the Online Booking Process.
3.2 Save for terms pertaining to the relevant Training in the Online Booking Process, any descriptions contained Nest & Nurture UK's website are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the Class described in them. They shall not form part of these Terms and Conditions nor have any contractual force.
4. SUPPLY, CONTENT, AND PURPOSE OF TRAINING
4.1 Nest & Nurture UK shall use reasonable endeavours to supply the Class to the Client in accordance with these Terms and Conditions in all material respects but reserves the right to change the course content of any Class at any time and without notice.
4.2 Nest & Nurture UK shall use reasonable endeavours to meet any specified training dates, but any such dates shall be anticipated dates only and may be subject to alteration.
4.3 Notwithstanding the above sub-clauses, Nest & Nurture UK reserves the right to cancel Training at any time without incurring additional liability to the Client. In such circumstances, The Village Midwife may offer (at its sole discretion) alternative dates, a full refund, or a credit note.
4.4 The content of Class is not, and is not intended, as medical advice and Nest & Nurture UK is unable to advise on personal medical circumstances.
4.5 No information provided to a Client by email, phone, Whatsapp or otherwise by Nest & Nurture UK is intended as medical advice. Clients should seek the advice of a medical professional to answer any health related, pregnancy related or postpartum related issues surrounding pregnancy, labour and/or birth or for any concerns with their baby once they are born.
5. CLIENT'S OBLIGATIONS
5.1 The Client shall co-operate with Nest & Nurture UK in all matters relating to the Class.
5.2 The Client must comply with all health and safety rules and regulations and any other reasonable security requirements that apply at any premises at which Class is provided.
5.3 When taking part in any physical activity on any Class, the Client is responsible for ensuring their space and equipment are safe to use. Taking part in any physical exercises, positions or movements during Class should only be done by the Client when informed by the person conducting the Class that in her or his opinion that it is safe but it is the Client’s responsibility to ensure this is the case in her individual circumstances. If the Client or their baby/babies has any health complexities or has any concerns about any physical aspect of the Class, they should not engage in the physical aspects of the Class.

Booking
The full amount is payable at the time of booking. Your place is secure on full payment. All booking forms must be completed before commencing baby massage. It is the responsibility of the parent/caregiver to inform the instructor of any changes including medical conditions prior to commencing baby massage at each class.

Our fees are one price per family, inclusive of multiple births.

Cancellation
Cancellation within 14 days of the course start date or withdrawing during a course is classed as a cancellation and no refund for the course or remaining classes will be given. Cancellation of the course outside of 14 days will receive a full refund.
Nest & Nurture UK reserves the right to cancel/suspend a course/workshop if there is an issue with the venue, class numbers, or unforseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation made by Nest & Nurture a full refund will be given. Our liability for any such cancellation shall be limited to the payment credit made and we shall not be liable for any losses of any kind incurred by you as a result of such cancellation. The credit will be made within 14 days of the date on which we agree that you are to be credited to your payment method.
We may offer an alternative course or venue.

Missed Classes
We understand that on occasion a class maybe missed. We are under no obligation to refund for missed classes. Our costs remain the same regardless of attendance. We will endeavour to offer an alternative class for you to catch up.

Absence Due To Illness
Please do not attend classes if you are showing signs of upset stomach with diarrhoea or sickness, contagious disease any other member of your family is showing signs of sickness.
Refunds/discounts are not given for classes missed due to illness. We will always offer you the opportunity to join us on the next available course with spaces to catch up on any missed sessions where available.

Safety
This is of paramount concern at all times. However we are not liable for any loss, damage or injury that may occur to you or your baby/babies whilst attending our classes.
You are bound to disclose any information regarding yours and your baby's health relevant to the practise of the class you are attending.
You are responsible for all applications of skills you may practise inside and outside the classes both now and in the future.
